Brett is co-owner of Plano-Coudon, LLC a General
Contracting and Design/Build Company in the Baltimore

engineer with 11 years of Construction Management
experiences with his firm and the Whiting-Turner
Contracting Company. His company’s target
market includes large institutions and private
companies that have multiple construction projects
per year up to and including $10 million in value.
Chris Pfaeffle, AIA
President and founder of Parameter Inc Architects.
Originally from New York, Chris has piloted several
high profile loft style projects in the Baltimore
area. Most recently, Parameter Inc has been named
the lead architect on a one million square foot
mixed use project along the Baltimore waterfront.
Michael Goetz
President and founder of JSG Builders. With
twelve years of high end residential real estate
development experience, Michael is currently
leading JSG builders through a $25M multi structure
waterfront project along the water front in Harve
de Grace. Michael is also a licensed real estate
broker in the state of Maryland with 20 years
of residential and commercial real estate experience.

Finance Practice. During his career as both a CFO and CEO of
public and private companies, Rick has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions,
